Black Gravy (Spicy level 5/5)
1) Mix the premix powder in 1 cup of water.
2) Add 2 tbsp oil In a pan.
3) Make Puree using 2 tomatoes and add to pan to fry in oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
4) Pour the prepared gravy paste in a pan and boil for 3 minutes.
5) Add Chicken/Meat/Eggs and cook for 5 minutes.
6) Garnish with coriander.

Red Gravy (Spicy level 4.5/5)
1) Mix the powder in 1 cup of water.
2) Add 2 tbsp oil In a pan.

4) Pour the prepared gravy paste in a pan and boil for 3 minutes.
5) Add paneer, various | vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.

Brown Gravy (Spicy level 4/5)
1) Mix the powder in 1 cup of water.

5) Add boiled chole and cook for 5 minutes.
